Q. How do stressballs work?

A. Both stressballs DAY and stressballs NIGHT contain ashwagandha at a clinically relevant level. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen  - meaning it helps your body adapt to stress. It has been used in traditional ayurvedic medicine for a long time. Like, thousands of years. When we said a long time we meant it.

stressballs NIGHT also contains Melatonin. Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by your own body. It’s normally synced with the rising and setting of the sun, basically with your Circadian Rhythm. When it gets dark, production goes up and when it gets lighter production decreases. Today, with bright lights everywhere, TVs in every room, and tiny light machines (cell phones) sending “WAKE UP!!!” signals to our brains when we should actually be winding down, our melatonin production can be thrown out of whack. stressballs NIGHT supplements contain an optimal level of Melatonin to help you sleep*.

Q. What is in stressballs?

A. Melatonin is a neurohormone secreted by the pineal gland – in your brain - and is a key regulator of the circadian clock located in the brain.  Melatonin sends the signals to the body to shut ‘er down. Without Melatonin, your body might not think it needs rest, but it does.

Q. How is stressballs NIGHT different from other sleep aids?

A. In general, supplements are considered safe when taken as directed. And, clinical data show when taking melatonin at the recommended dose of stressballs there are no next day side effects.

Q. Can I take stressballs NIGHT Gummies if I wake up in the middle of the night?

A. Stressballs is recommended to be taken 30 minutes before bedtime.  You should only take 1 dose of stressballs NIGHT in a 24-hour period.  We recommend you take stressballs NIGHT when you can allow more than 6 hours of sleep.
